    Hope you read this before buying another shipping plugin!

    I bought flex shipping a few months ago but then I built another site and I needed another plugin that offered the same sort of thing and I saw on the forums that some people were talking about plugin-hive.

    Purchase decision and WOW! What a product!

    Calculate REAL-TIME pricing on orders before purchasing shipping, and of course have that for customers! This is very useful because if, for example, the customer buys on a Saturday and places the order on Monday, he can see the prices in REAL TIME at the end and calculate the shipping costs OR if he changes the packaging, he can see the costs in real time again.

    You can also cancel shipments within orders, which is very useful if the customer decides to change the data!

    Along with the correct sized tags, they can be downloaded into any order you desire!

    This plugin is a million times better than UPS Flexible Shipping! Easy to use, full of awesome instructions and quick answers!

    The plugin is excellent for the most part. But apparently, lacking the mechanism to integrate with the shipping classes or providing a way to add postage and packaging costs for the items in shipping that are not included at the time of collection, I didn't think that this would prove to be a challenge so big. Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but the pathetically unhelpful support didn't help at all.
    For drop shipping, the plugin is great.

     This plugin works as advertised and I was able to configure it for my client using the provided documentation. It was very important to my customer that the plug-in could include UPS shipping prices, but it was more important to be able to use the logic of that plug-in so that each pallet load size could be configured individually and this plug-in could offer just that flexibility. 🇧🇷 That way they could easily change the dimensions if they needed to find out due to the way they needed to pack their cargo. The only time I had a support request it was answered within the hour, very happy with the purchase!

     Our site currently uses PluginHive's FedEx, UPS, and USPS plugins. We wanted to offer our customers the cheapest shipping, regardless of their location. To do this, we decided to offer all three on our website. The challenge was that customers choosing different shipping methods forced our team to log into different websites. Now that we have these three plugins up and running, we can print the labels from the WooCommerce order page (prints directly to our Brother QL-1060N 4 inch thermal printers) and the plugins will handle all the billing data/information at the bottom. Regarding PluginHive support, they came to my site more than once to review the code and troubleshoot to help me with the installation. I started with a 1 site license but upgraded all three to 25 site licenses. We have up to 35 plugins on our website, but these three are the most profitable for us due to time and labor savings! We do about 30-40 orders a day across all three services - super cool, just click print label and whatever shipping method you select... the result is a 4×6″ label arriving! placed in the box!

     UPS WooCommerce Shipping works as advertised for my needs in Canada where we use Canadian Dollars and Canadian Metrics. At first I thought there was a problem with this as it only displayed the standard UPS price instead of all the options that apply to our UPS Canada shipping experience. With the support team's help, I ended up forgetting to check the UPS services we needed in the plugin's options settings screen. Once that was done it worked like a charm.      Various issues with plugin configuration and deployment after upgrade. All settings were removed after the upgrade. After configuring the plugin from scratch, the plugin does not allow shipping label for multiple items. If you need this, I recommend trying another plugin. We submitted a total of 3 out of 3 tickets during the exhibition period and no one helped us. The only reason we're giving it two stars and not one is because the plugin used to work fine. If the support arrives and works, we'll adjust it to 4 stars.

     This is a fantastic plugin. I'm using this on a Mac OS X El Capitan, a Zebra ZP450 printer and a TP-Link USB 2.0 print server. Two clicks and my labels are printed. It integrates effortlessly and directly with my own UPS account, so I automatically receive my retail discount (as do my customers!). The good thing is the sizes of the boxes. You program not only your product, but all your box sizes and automatically calculate the correct box and pack your order 100% efficiently. I had to accurately weigh/measure each item and make sure the inside of my large boxes was slightly larger than the outside of the smaller ones. It keeps me from losing orders when everything is packed and reduces shipping costs. Super happy with this plugin! The other great thing about printing labels is that UPS will ship 4x6″ blank thermal labels 100% free.
